2020 BMW X7 M50i «Edition Dark Shadow» G07
This is the new BMW X7 Dark Shadow Edition, a trim line available on the range-topping M50i variant of BMW's largest SUV and limited to just 500 units globally – only 10 are destined for the UK market. The BMW X7 Dark Shadow Edition will be built at BMW's Spartanburg plant in the USA and features Individual Frozen Arctic Grey metallic paint, available on a BMW X model for the first time. The paintwork is complemented by a Individual High Gloss Shadow Line exterior finish, giving the BMW kidney grille, vents and tailpipes a high-gloss black finish. The M sports package comes as standard here, so too 22-inch M alloy wheels finished in a Jet Black matt effect.
Inside comes Full Merino leather in Night Blue/Black with contrasting seams, a Night Blue Alcantara headlining and Night Blue leather instrument panel. Black Merino leather is used in the lower section of the instrument panel and on the front backrests. In the centre console area, the unique design is underscored by means of BMW Individual interior trim in Piano Black finish bearing the edition logo.
The UK specification of the X7 Dark Shadow Edition also comes as standard with a host of other features, including a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround sound system, heat comfort pack and panoramic Skylounge glass roof. Head-up display, TV function plus, rear seat entertainment professional and massage functionality for the front seats are also included. Customers can register their interest for the new model now, UK prices start from £114,975 – in the absence of an BMW X7 M model, that makes the Dark Shadow Edition the most expensive X7 variant currently available.
