Resto show’s new dates
The 2021 edition of the Classic Car & Restoration Show – traditionally held at Birmingham’s NEC each March – has been moved to the later weekend of June 11-13th. With the 2020 event being cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, the organisers hope that moving the show to the summer will ensure it goes ahead, with measures already in place to provide a safe and secure environment.
Show director Lee Masters said: “With current government guidelines, we feel it is too much of a risk to go ahead with the usual March dates. In order to have the confidence to move the show forward, we feel a summer date is more appropriate.” Tickets already purchased for the 2020 show will automatically be carried over to this year’s event, and all exhibitor and trader stand bookings will be transferred to the new dateline. Club stand applications for the March 2021 show will now be considered for the June dates instead. For further information, go to www.necrestorationshow.com.
